On the morning of January 12, 2023, General Contractor Viteccons and Nam Khang Construction Co., Ltd cooperated with the Employer- Dong Nai Waterfront City Co., Ltd, a member company of Nam Long Group to organize successfully the topping-out ceremony of "Dong Nai Waterfront - Izumi City" project.

On the morning of September 16, Viteccons cooperated with the Employer - Indochina Kajima Development Co., Ltd (Indochina Kajima), a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Group to hold the groundbreaking ceremony of the Wink hotel in the center of Can Tho at No. 14 Phan Dinh Phung Street, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

On September 9, 2022, Viteccons held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Mitek Vietnam Co., Ltd Office" project located in Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
