BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (BW) is Vietnam's leading industrial real estate and logistics rental platform. Established in January 2018, it is a joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation, Vietnam's largest industrial real estate developer, and Warburg Pincus, the world's leading private equity fund specializing in industrial real estate investment.

The BW Bac Tien Phong Industrial Development Project CN2.1C covers a total area of 7.4 hectares, with over 4.5 hectares for construction, including four workshops, ancillary buildings, and garages. Viteccons serves as the general contractor responsible for the construction of the structure, finishing of the landscape and infrastructure, and MEP installation for the project.
