On December 8th 2017, Viteccons and the Investor of 4M Joint Stock Company held the ground breaking Ceremony of M-Building office project in Phu My Hung Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the second project that Viteccons started in the first halt of December, 2017 after The SIS GAMUDA GARDEN Ha Noi.
In the beginning of December 2017, Viteccons officially received the letter of completion of the phase 2 of SIS Gamuda Gardens Project in C2 - Gamuda Gardens, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. Investor is the Pegasus Consulting and Investment JSC, continues to trust and assign the role of general contractor for the second phase of the project for Viteccons.
On September, 29th 2017, Viteccons held groundbreaking ceremony of Little Village project at Pham Van Dong Boulevard, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is being developed by Mekong Greenergy Co., Ltd. together PVInvest as the project development.
In September, 2017, Viteccons received two new projects including Nha Trang Fusion Resort funded by Tai Thanh Cong Co., Ltd. & Thu Duc Little Village Project by Mekong Greenergy Co., Ltd as an Investor.
In the morning of August 21stat Long Thanh, Dong Nai Province,Viteccons with TK P&S VINACo., Ltd. Has held successfully the groundbreaking ceremony P&S Vinafactory. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony include the Board of Directors of investor, Viteccons company - the main contractor, the Management Board of the Industrial Zone and other partners.
On June 16, 2017, Viteccons officially received the newsfor the construction of the next phase of the Lakeview City project (An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City). the leading real estate group – Novaland has continued to trust Viteccons and assigned the construction of the next phase of the project including 30 townhouses belong to CL 1.2.
