On the morning of April 3, 2026, Viteccons and the Developer, Indochina Kajima, officially celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Wink Hanoi Westlake Hotel at No.18 Thuy Khue Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. The completion of the main structural works not only marks the project’s transition into the finishing phase, but also reaffirms Viteccons’ capability in meeting the most demanding international standards.

Located on a “golden land” site in the heart of the capital, the project is a complex infill development with limited construction space, requiring highly sophisticated construction planning to simultaneously ensure progress, quality, and safety. Facing these technical challenges, the Viteccons engineering team proactively implemented optimized construction solutions, tightly controlled risks, and successfully completed critical technical milestones, including:

• Strict settlement control for basement structures in a complex geological area.
• Successful completion of the critical transfer beam at Level 3, ensuring absolute precision under constrained site conditions.

These achievements stand as clear proof of Viteccons’ professional site management capability and sharp problem-solving mindset.

Wink Hanoi Westlake is the third project in the Wink Hotels chain of seven hotels entrusted to Viteccons by Indochina Kajima.

Aligned with international standards from the Hyatt brand and LEED Gold green building certification, Viteccons continues accelerating interior fit-out and MEP works, contributing to the creation of a sustainable and iconic architectural landmark in the West Lake area.
