LA HOME SOCIAL HOUSING APARTMENT PROJECT: “ACCELERATING” TO STRUCTURAL COMPLETION

When dedication meets professional project management capability, new milestones are created. On the morning of April 22, 2026, Viteccons and Prodezi Long An successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the LA Home Social Housing Apartment Project, marking a proud achievement for the entire project team.

Viteccons’ remarkable achievements after 7 months of “overcoming sun and rain”:

• 3 months ahead of schedule: Construction commenced in September 2025 and topped out in April 2026. In just over half a year, two 9-storey towers have proudly taken shape.

• Bringing 400 homes to life: The project will become the future home of more than 1,200 residents. Every square meter has been built with responsibility and genuine care.

• 100% safety commitment: Throughout 7 months of high-rise construction, strict safety standards were rigorously maintained, ensuring zero incidents on site.

• Quality assurance: Right at the topping-out ceremony, mock-up apartments were opened for guests to experience firsthand. The refined finishing details, from tiling works to MEP systems, fully impressed Prodezi Long An and received highly positive feedback.

Immediately following the topping-out milestone, the Viteccons site management team will enter the “finishing acceleration phase” with the goal of delivering the most complete and high-quality apartments to residents by December 2026.
