On the morning of August 11, 2026, the Stella Icon Apartment Topping-Out Ceremony was held at KITA Airport City Urban Area, Can Tho City, marking the completion of the project's main structural works and its official transition into the finishing stage. The milestone further demonstrates Viteccons' construction capabilities, sense of responsibility, and commitment to schedule in its role as the General Contractor.

The Stella Icon Apartment Topping-Out Ceremony was attended by representatives of KITA Group, the Supervision Consultant, and project partners.
Representing Viteccons, Mr. Doan Thanh Nhan – Executive Director & Project Director, attended the event together with the project's construction team.
With a scale of 18 floors and more than 39,000 m² of total floor area, Viteccons has completed the main structural works of Stella Icon, officially bringing the project into the finishing stage in accordance with the planned schedule.

Stella Icon is the second of three projects entrusted to Viteccons by KITA Group, following Stella Mega City and the KITA Group Office Building.
