In the morning of April 18th, 2011, Phu Hung Gia Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company (PHG) and investor - Nguyen Lam Investment Joint Stock company commenced ceremony of Nguyen Lam Office Building project at 133 Duong Ba Trac street, ward 1, district 8, HCMCity. The superstructure will be done by Viet Technical Construction Corporation (VITECCONS).

Nguyen Lam Office Building includes 2 basements, 1 mezzanine and 12 floors with total GPA more than 9,000 m2. When completing, this project will be a modern office building with high-standards amenities.

The representative of Nguyen Lam company, Phu Hung Gia Board of Director and its staff, VITECCONS company, the consultant Apave and their guests attended the ceremony.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thao - General Director of Nguyen Lam company addressed to thank for the co-operation of partners, contractors and consultant. He also expressed his belief in contractor PHG, Viteccons and he'd wished the project will be successful and safe.

The next was speech of Mr. Phan Huy Vinh - the representative of the main contracotr PHG. This is first project, which has marked the beginning of co-operation between PHG and Nguyen Lam company. He believed that with experienced of Viteccons and employees of PHG, Viteccons and PHG would affirm the project would be completed on time with quality standards and safety as expectation.
