On 15th October 2011, the main contractor Coteccons and the investor contractor Viet Hung Investment and Urban Development Jsc., (Vihajico) held topping-out ceremony of Tower 4 - Rung Co Condominiums - Eco Park. The ceremony marks a milestone of the 9-month superstructure work. The superstructure is executed by Viet Technical Construction Corporation (VITECCONS).

Ecopark Apartments is constructed in the area of 40,100 m2 including five 20-26 floors towers with 1,500 flats. On top floors, there are 163,3-164,7 m2 penthouses.
