On 16 September 2026, Viteccons organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Multilevel Hai Phong School Project of SH Vietnam, held at the VSIP Hai Phong Township, Industrial and Service Park in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City. As the General Contractor, Viteccons is responsible for the full scope of works — from structure, finishes and MEP to infrastructure and landscape.
The project is invested by SH International Vietnam Education Ltd and developed as an international bilingual education model, combining the 430-year heritage of Stonyhurst College — one of the oldest educational institutions in England — with the Singaporean approach to education.
The beginning of an international education project
The groundbreaking marks the start of construction for an education facility built to international standards in Hai Phong. As the General Contractor, Viteccons will oversee the project's main scopes end to end — from structure, finishes and MEP to infrastructure and landscape.
The integrated design-and-build model brings every scope under a single point of management, ensuring coordination across disciplines from construction through to handover.

For a school project, the schedule is measured by the school calendar, and quality is measured by the peace of mind of parents sending their children to class each day.
According to Viteccons, education projects are distinctive in that the building must not only meet construction requirements but also become a space directly tied to the learning, daily activities and growth of many generations of students. The construction process therefore needs to be organised to suit how the building will operate and be used over the long term.
17,799 m², serving 1,185 students
The Multilevel Hai Phong School will be built to a scale of five storeys, with a total construction floor area of 17,799 m², expected to serve 1,185 students.
Designed to become a modern, well-integrated education facility, the project is expected to add learning and activity space for students in Hai Phong, while helping to diversify the network of international-model education facilities in the area.
Building on Viteccons' experience in education
The Multilevel Hai Phong School continues Viteccons' involvement in education projects across many localities nationwide.
Notable projects Viteccons has taken part in include the Singapore International School (SIS) system, the United Nations International School of Hanoi (UNIS), the HUTECH High-Quality Human Resource Training Center and Van Hien University.
Taking part in another international-standard education project in Hai Phong is an opportunity for Viteccons to build on its experience in delivering works that demand a high degree of coordination between architecture, structure, MEP and the infrastructure and landscape scopes.
