Following its successful contribution to the Learning Block, Viteccons has once again been selected by Van Hien University to undertake the basement construction package for the Complex VHU30 Project, marking the second project between the two parties within the same university campus.
On August 10, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Complex VHU30 Project officially took place, coinciding with the Topping-Out Ceremony of the Learning Block — the first project delivered by Viteccons at Van Hien University. This marks the second time Viteccons has been entrusted by the University within the same educational campus.
Complex VHU30 is being developed as an integrated campus, comprising a large auditorium, technology-enabled classrooms, a globally integrated enterprise practice area, and the Van Hien Museum Center. The project is one of five key developments within HungHau Campus, with completion scheduled for July 11, 2027, coinciding with the University's 30th anniversary.
For this project, Viteccons is responsible for basement construction, the technical foundation supporting the entire superstructure above, with works commencing immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony.
