This morning, January 12, 2023, Viteccons and BW Industrial Development Bac Tien Phong Limited Liability Company – the Employer started the project " BW Industrial Development Bac Tien Phong CN2.1C Project " at Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park - Quang Ninh Province.

The perspective of "BW Industrial Development Bac Tien Phong CN2.1C Project"

BW Industrial development JSC. (BW) is founded on a shared vision between Warburg Pincus and Becamex to become the largest for-rent industrial and logistics real estate platform in Vietnam, providing high quality factory for rent and warehouse for rent. BW has a long-term goal to capture the outsized growth driven by the transformative shift at the base of manufacturing occurring in the country as well as its rising domestic consumption.

Located in the coastal economic zone of Quang Yen, Quang Ninh, BW Industrial Development Bac Tien Phong CN2.1C Project has a total area of up to 7.4 hectares, in which, the construction area is more than 4.5 hectares including 04 factories, auxiliary houses, garage. Viteccons is the general contractor for the construction of the structure, finishing, landscape infrastructure, and MEP for the project.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Thanh - Director of QS Department - BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company said "As one of the pioneer investors in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park, we believe that the project will bring positive impacts on the socio-economic development of Quang Ninh, contributing to making Quang Ninh a multi-sectoral economic center of the region and the whole country. At the same time, contributes to the development of society and the community by meeting the needs of using ready-built factories of domestic and foreign investors and directly/indirectly creating working opportunities for local people".

At the same time, at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh - General Director of Viteccons said: "We are very honored to have surpassed many well-known contractors to be selected as the General Contractor for the BW Industrial Development Bac Tien Phong CN2.1C Project. We consider this to be a key project of BW in Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh province in particular, and at the same time it’s one of the iconic projects of Viteccons.
