On the date of 31/12/2020, Viteccons Board of directors together with managers of departments have excitingly taken part in the Groundbreaking ceremony of project "Hoang Ha paper factory" located in Tien Lang Industrial Park, Tien Lang, Hai Phong city with the role of the General contractor. Hoang Ha (Hai Phong) Paper JSC is the investor to the project and the organizational unit.

This project combines the scale of ground area of 52.800 sqm, construction area of 28.557 sqm which provides the productivity of 100.000 tons per year with the paper tractor of 3 grids length, paper size of 4,4m, the speed of 500m/mns, total investment cost of VND 1.240 billion and the construction value of nearly VND 300 billion. The main outcomes of the factory combine testliners, white top-liners, crafts and one time-use papers in replacement of plastic bags, which contributes to the successful competition with imported kind of papers.

Exceeding a large range of bidders, Viteccons were proudly appointed as the D&B General contractor for the project by Hoang Ha Paper JSC.

Giving the speech at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh - General Director of Viteccons have shared that the designation of Hai Phong as the location of new factory establishment is the strategic decision by Board of management in the orientation of development. Hai Phong is acknowledged as a young and enthusiatic city with potentials and the opportunity of development: synchronized infrastructure, high economic growth, which has attracted a large number of investors to this land. On behalf of Viteccons personnel, he committed to accomplish the project with all current resources so as to bring the best outcomes of the projects. Besides, the General Director's ambition is to enhance "Hoang Ha paper factory" to a higher level of standard in schedule and quality.

The expected schedule of construction and installation is approximately 22 months since the date of groundbreaking, and the beginning day of operation is expected to happen in Quarter 4 of 2022.
