On April 24, 2025, in Hanoi, Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to be listed in the FAST500 Ranking — Top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam — announced by Vietnam Report JSC in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper.

In order to help new employees quickly adapt to the working environment and better understand the corporate culture, Viteccons Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company recently organized an "Onboarding Training" program.

On the morning of April 5, at Ha Dong High School (Ha Dong District, Hanoi City), the “Dialogue, Consultation, and Career Orientation 2025” program, organized by Tuoi tre Thu Do Newspaper, attracted the attention of over 2,000 students and parents. Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company participated in the event as a companion sponsor. On this occasion, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach – Deputy General Director – shared practical insights on career choices and future job opportunities.

Recently, Viteccons organized the first training session of the "High-Quality Site Manager" program. This initiative aims to enhance management capabilities, technical expertise, and operational skills for Site Managers and potential future leaders directly overseeing construction sites. The program consists of 28 specialized modules, delivered through in-person training sessions in both the North and South regions. This approach provides employees with opportunities to share practical knowledge, strengthen leadership skills, and improve project management efficiency.

On February 8, 2025, Viteccons held a ceremony to announce the appointment decisions for key management positions: Mr. Võ Ngọc Phong was appointed as the Northern Regional Executive Director. Mr. Ung Thanh Khiết was appointed as the Project Director.
