To enhance the development of our workforce in line with the company's growth needs, in 2023, Viteccons organized a training program for our staff based on various topics led by internal lecturers who are members of the Board of Directors, Project Directors, and department heads who developed and conducted the training. Recently, Viteccons held a ceremony to express gratitude to these internal lecturers for their valuable contributions to the staff training program in 2023.

On February 2nd, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, Viteccons held a ceremony to honor outstanding teams and individuals of the year 2023. This program aimed to recognize the contributions of the entire workforce throughout the company. The event was attended by Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Tuấn - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh - General Director, members of the Board of Directors, and management staff who participated directly at the company's main headquarters, as well as all employees at various project sites.

On the morning of February 2nd, 2024, at the main headquarters of Viteccons, the Viteccons Leadership Team announced and presented the decisions on the appointment of management officials of the company.

On January 23rd, 2024, at the main headquarters of the company, Viteccons signed a contract for the Green One Vina Factory project with the Investor - Green One Vina Company Limited (an investor from South Korea). The contract signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Kim Dong Hyun - Chairman of Green One Vina, Mr. Yun Joon Ho - Head of General Affairs of Green One Vina, Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Tuấn - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viteccons, Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh - General Director of Viteccons, Mr. Jeong Bong Cheol - Deputy General Director of Viteccons, and management staff of Viteccons, the main contractor.

On January 18, 2024, Viteccons was honored in the VNR500 Ranking - Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam 2023. The VNR500 Ranking is evaluated based on a weighted scoring method with key pillars including revenue, total assets, total labor force, growth rate, profit, and media reputation of the enterprises. The event was attended by Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Tuấn - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh - General Director of Viteccons.
