The project "Block 15A-Hutech High-Quality Human Resource Training Center" is located in Hi-Tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by HUTECH Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

The building Block 15A-Hutech High-Quality Human Resource Training Center is a well-designed structure in terms of architecture, function, and synchronization with the entire campus of HUTECH University of Technology. It includes 1 basement, 8 floating floors, 1 roof floor, and a roof tower, with a total construction floor area of more than 10,500 m2.

As the General Contractor, Viteccons is responsible for the structural and architectural construction of the project, starting from the pile to the roof. It is expected that Viteccons will hand over the completed project to the Investor after 9 months of construction.
