July 23, 2023

On July 22, 2023, Viteccons held a conference to review the business result for the first 6 months of 2023 at its headquarters, with the attendance of the Board of Directors, Project Managers, Heads of Departments and Site managers.

According to the evaluation of the Planning Board, in the first 6 months of 2023, Viteccons has achieved some notable accomplishments, such as securing contracts for new projects, maintaining a stable and efficient workforce, streamlining office operations and optimizing management costs to adapt to market fluctuations. However, particular areas can still be improved, particularly in the multitasking arrangements for staff members in different departments and sites, to enhance their roles and capabilities while maximizing their efficiency in their work.

Mr. Dang Hoai Nam - Deputy General Director representing the Planning Department reported the Company's business results in the first 6 months of 2023

In his assessment of the performance in the first 6 months, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh - the General Director, stated: “ Despite the challenges posed by the real estate market and the economic situation both domestically and internationally, Viteccons has made sound and effective development strategies from the beginning of the year. I commend the collective efforts of our employees for showing significant improvements in supervising projects and operations. They have diligently sought management and construction solutions to overcome previous limitations. In terms of revenue, the company is striving to exceed the 2022 sales target by 25 - 30%. Moving forward, we will focus on business development, organizational restructuring, providing training and financial management.”

During the conference, Project Managers and Heads of Departments presented their action plans to achieve the goals for the final 6 months of the year. After each presentation, there were lively discussions and constructive feedback on proposed solutions and collaborative plans to achieve departmental objectives, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall goals.

At the end of the conference, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared his thoughts: “With the current market full of fluctuations, this requires the Board of Directors to build strategies, and closely monitor all aspects to provide timely guidance in business direction. Our employees, especially middle managers, need to unite, be resilient and lead their teams to achieve objectives effectively while sharing the fruit of labor fairly.”
