The project 'Gesin Vietnam Furniture and Mattress Manufacturing Factory' located in VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Phong Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province, is undertaken by Viteccons as the main contractor. Commenced in August 2023, the project is currently undergoing the construction of floors 3 and 4. Expected completion and handover are scheduled for July 2024.
The office project of Mitek Vietnam Co., Ltd. is one of the important projects of Mitek Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Tan Thuan Industrial Park, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. As the main contractor for the project, Viteccons is currently completing the interior, installing the electrical and mechanical systems, and is scheduled to hand over the project in December 2023.

On August 22, 2023, at VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Phong Ward, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province, Viteccons successfully collaborated with the Employer - Gesin Vietnam to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the project "Gesin Vietnam".
Viteccons has recently achieved the completion of an ultra-flat floor construction in the TOA project, spanning an area of approximately 11,000 square meters. This project represents a globally standardized warehouse endeavor, utilizing the state-of-the-art DM2 TR34 ultra-flat floor technology, characterized by an exceptional demand for an exceedingly level surface.
