MEP SITE MANAGER

Job description

  • Organize and manage the personnel apparatus of the Construction Commanding Committee to oversee and operate the MEP section of the company's construction projects.
  • Assign appropriate tasks to subcontractors and teams to achieve the goals set by the Board of Directors. Develop and implement construction methods, schedules, and labor safety measures for the entire MEP construction project.
  • Take responsibility for the acceptance, handover, payment, and settlement of works.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify suitable personnel to carry out MEP construction for the company.
  • Participate in planning necessary human resources, developing resource supply plans, and overseeing training and evaluation of personnel under their authority.
  • Coordinate with related departments to mobilize resources to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and propose a plan to adjust personnel according to each project phase.
  • Work with other construction managers throughout the project implementation process to ensure successful completion of the project.

Experiences / Skills

  • A university degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of MEP systems
  • Experience in construction or construction control
  • Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
  • Fluency in English is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, sociability, and cooperation
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required by the situation
  • Candidates in their 90s will be given priority.
