Job description

  • Calculating and reviewing actual construction volume and bidding volume. Coordinate with the Procurement Department when there is a discrepancy and specify the reasons.
  • Calculation of increased/decreased volume during construction to submit to the Project Manager for consideration before submitting to the investor for approval. Acceptance process
  • Make payment records for investors periodically and follow up
  • Confirm the payment volume to the team periodically, in accordance with the acceptance volume according to the acceptance report provided by the Quality Management department.
  • Together with the Project Director, the CHT performs the work of negotiating prices and contracts. Prepare a plan to sign the contract and submit it to the Board of Directors for approval.
  • Prepare payment records for suppliers on a regular basis, in accordance with the delivery records and quality certificates provided by the Quality Management department.
  • Monitor payments and update site financial status:
  • Other tasks, as assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Experience / Skills

  • Graduated from University with major in Civil and Industrial Construction
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Male, 25-35 years old
  • Dynamic, flexible, coordinated with colleagues, with a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in specialized software
  • Good thinking, ability to work independently and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to go to work according to the company's instructions
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in English
