On February 2nd, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, Viteccons organized a ceremony to honor outstanding teams and individuals of the year 2023. This program aimed to recognize the contributions of the entire workforce throughout the company.

The event was attended by Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Tuấn - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh - General Director, members of the Board of Directors, and management staff who participated directly at the company's main headquarters, as well as all employees at various project sites.

To determine the recipients of outstanding awards for teams, individuals, and commendation boards, there were extensive deliberations, numerous meetings, debates, and defenses. This process relied on various proposals, observations, and evaluations of voting criteria regarding work outcomes, dedication, responsibility, creativity, honesty, and earning the trust of colleagues, superiors, and clients.
