In 3 days (from 24June to 29June 2016), Human Resources Department combined with the executive Committee of Trade Union organized to visit and timely encourage Steering Board of works which are under construction in all regions include: Bour Bon- Ben Luc (Long An Province), The Oasis I Phase V (Binh Duong Province), BOTON (Nha Trang city), Vinna Union Phase II (Vinh Phuc Province), SIS (Ha Long city) and Warehouse (North & South).

This is one of the activities shown interest, timely mobilization of the Company for the majority of officers and staffs that are racing against time to keep up with the progress of construction set out in the extreme weather conditions, especially at the North.

While working on the works, the delegation listened to the aspirations of people of work, their life when they went to work far from their families and integrated in a new environment.
