On December 29, 2023, Viteccons' top commanders and management personnel from across the country gathered at the company's headquarters to attend specialized training sessions. Deputy General Director Phạm Ngọc Thạch directly led the training on project legal matters, while Project Director Cao Sơn Hùng and the Legal & System Department conducted training on project finance and QA/QC, QS activities at construction sites.
